Cooper Building Services is a multi-disciplined Construction Services provider serving the Federal, Highly Secure, Education, State & Local, and Private Markets.  Although our primary area of Operations is within the Mid-Atlantic region, we have successfully operated on a National and International basis as well.

One of the items that sets us apart from our competitors is that we are a self-performing entity, with talented workers in-house.  Our Self-Perform teams can access some of the most highly secured sites in the country, allowing them to rapidly mobilize and deliver solutions on urgent needs basis. We are regularly called upon to deliver such solutions to clients who know and trust that Cooper will be there when they need them and will deliver.
