Lucas Creek Pump Station

This project is located in Norfolk, VA for HRSD. Cooper was responsible for the following architectural elements of this 10,000 SF, ground up building: Concrete topping slabs, Precast hollow core slabs, Masonry, Stainless Steel Lintels, Structural Steel and Miscellaneous Metals, Carpentry, Trusses, Roofing, Siding, Air Barrier Systems, Interior and Exterior Doors/Frames/Hardware, Glass and Glazing, and Access Hatches. This project is unique due to the fact that this is designed to blend in and look like a home in a residential area. Projects like this exemplify Cooper's ability to deliver in highly occupied and logistically challenging environments.
