HCMC Renovate Third Floor West Courtroom Sets and Corridors
This design-build project was the 11,602-SF renovation of two existing courtrooms and associated holding cells, jury and witness rooms, and other associated spaces. In addition to the two existing courtrooms, the scope of work included the creation of a new courtroom within the Third Floor Courtroom set, renovation of the public corridor that accesses the courtrooms and the renovation of the secured corridor shared by the courtroom sets.

HCMC Renovate Fourth Floor East Juror’s Lounge Renovation
This 15,875-SF project was located on the Fourth Floor of the Moultrie Courthouse, which contains the Superior Court of the District of Columbia and its many supporting functions. The design-build project modernized the Training and Conference Rooms, the New Juror’s Lounge and Business Center, and corridors, as well as the construction of new bathrooms. Renovations were also made in the large jury lounge to seat up to 350 jurors in approximately 5,000-SF of space, as well as in the Center for Education and Training offices and secured and public corridors.

HCMC Indiana Level East Courtroom 115 Renovation
This project consisted of a design-build renovation of a 4,609-SF, fully ADA compliant, large multi-defendant courtroom with ramp access throughout, greater gallery capacity with theater style seating, reestablished Jury Room, reoriented Holding Cells, improved support spaces, a reconfigured Mental Health Office, and a raised floor to facilitate audio-visual and communications connections.
