This project consists of new construction, renovation, and alteration projects for the Washington Headquarters Services at the 3,000,000-SF Mark Center Building. Our team performed framing and drywall, finishing and painting, branding and graphics, flooring, ceilings, mechanical, and plumbing. The existing building includes various offices, a training space, public areas, a food service space, and a large clear span. The projects present some unique challenges, including working with various contractors and within occupied high-visibility, high-security areas and coordinating work during normal and off-hours to accommodate customer needs.
